Shipping
Orders are shipped in 24 hours & they are delivered in 1-3 working days across India once shipped. If there is any delay we will inform within 48 hours.
Free Shipping for all orders paid online or COD. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you via SMS with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). So Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery schedule for your order. To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. Any delay in delivery shall be intimated.
After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and order is automatically cancelled & if the order is paid, we will refund you.
Returns
We accept returns only in the event that the product received is damaged, defective, or differs from the item originally ordered.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
All products are non – returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days depending upon the mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seattleperfumes.com. Depending on delivery location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Shall be Initiate after deducting the Courier Charges Maximum Rs.90.
In case of any dispute regarding the policies, our Management's Decision will be final.
